Seasonal Rates: May15 - September 15

Weekend rate: 

    $350.00 per night, $175.00 cleaning fee, plus.87% state tax  for up to 8 adults. $15.00 a night extra for      each additional adult.  Children 12 and under free.  

 3 or more nights:

    $325.00 per night, $175.00 cleaning fee,plus .87% state tax for up to 8 adults. $15.00 a night for each      additional adult. Children 12 and under free. 

Weekly rate: 

    $2,000, $175.00 cleaning fee,plus .87% state tax for up to 8 adults. $15.00 a night for each additional      adult. Children 12 and under free. 

 Off Season Rates: September 15 - May 15

Holiday Rates:

    $400.00 per night, $175.00 cleaning fee,plus .87% state tax for up to 8 adults. $15.00 a night for each      additional adult. Children 12 and under free.
